They are brilliant, successful in everything (or almost everything) , and are admired by most. We call superheroes people who save the day. In general, when a group, department, or community is at an impasse, when several solutions have been sought that have not worked and when there are no more alternatives, people turn to superheroes for help. It is usually others, who, amazed by so much skill and talent fall in admiration and consider that a superhero is one. Superheroes (or heroines) are generally quite humble and discreet, they don\u2019t have a big head, and are generally admired for their sense of duty and responsibility. There is always a positive and moral connotation to the attributes of a superhero (or a superheroine). They have a strong sense of duty and loyalty, like a job well done and are considered honest and people of integrity. They are natural leaders and because of this, they have an unparalleled influence on others. They are natural leaders and because of this, they have an unparalleled influence on others.<\/p><div><p>You will <span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">generally find that when a character has as many extraordinary abilities as the superhero, but uses them for evil purposes, they become the Villain or the Public Enemy. Which means that one of the major elements that makes a superhero a superhero are their values. <\/span>Many are superheroes in their environment: within their family, their community, or their company, on the basis of their abilities or their contribution. Unlike others, and like any superhero (or superheroine), his or her adventure of self-criticism and growth, only he or she can do it. From the ability to know how to collaborate with others and work as a team, to the need to know how to choose your battles, superheroes (or superheroines) have as many weaknesses as the others.<\/p><p>Not investing your time to learn from your victories and failures to grow, is a risk of losing expertise, both for superheroes and for ordinary people. Get a pen and a notepad, journal, or free sheet if you want.<\/p><p>Sit comfortably and clear your mind. Prepare to listen to yourself. When you\u2019re ready, ask yourself the questions below, and answer them to yourself, candidly.<\/p><p>You are in a space of trust with yourself, no one but you can hear you. You are free to ask yourself one question or all three questions one after the other. The most important thing is to follow through with each question and each answer, and ask yourself any additional questions that come to mind from each of your answers, in order to find out more about yourself- and find get the real answers.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Question 1:<\/strong><\/span> What are your unique skills, the ones that set you apart from others?<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Question 2:<\/strong><\/span> What does it mean to you to always be on top? to consistently deliver results beyond expectations? to be able to provide the solution that resolves the problem? Question 3: What really motivates you to intervene? What motivates you to want to take action where others may have failed? What drives you to act to resolve situations?<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Closing question:<\/strong><\/span>What did this moment of self-reflection teach you about yourself that you didn\u2019t know before? What do you remember from this moment of questioning?
